All packages are non-refundable. Damaged disks can be returned for identical collections only. Please do not try to use any damaged disk. If, for some reason, your disk cannot be read, please contact me immediately and a replacement disk will be sent to you. Every effort is made to ensure the disks are error free.
Altering the designs in size, stitch density, etc. in any program may change the designs and the way they stitch.   No replacement will be offered on any design that has been altered in this manner...
