This set comes in 2 sizes.... one for the 4x4 hoop and one for the 5x7 hoop!!
If you haven't purchased the other set that includes the Honey Bea doll, she is available by separate purchase with this set.  Please see explanation with her picture below the set of clothes.

Honey Bea can now be a bunny (change the color and have a little grey rabbit), a flower (either a red poinsettia as shown for Christmas or white for a summer daisy), a little nurse, a queen, a pumpkin for Halloween or Thanksgiving.  Sew out an extra cap or hat to go with the little dresses.
